Don’t think of us just as a "regular" food truck, because it is so much more.
LA LA Lasagna is a true Italian restaurant on wheels offering high quality food with the convenience of an on the road kitchen.
Like in a starred restaurant, everything we serve is homemade, handmade and literally prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients, mostly local and organic.
Furthermore, in all our dishes and desserts you will never find any trace of preservatives, GMOs or colorings that are not naturally derived from herbs, spices or vegetables.
That's why our famous lasagna so creamy and crispy, with layers of sauce, béchamel and cheese, our fresh homemade pasta like our ravioli or gnocchi, our sauces or our desserts as cannoli, tiramisu and crème brûlée are so incredibly good.
Join us and try it yourself, and you will immediately understand what we are talking about and why people consider our truck the best pasta and Italian food truck in Los Angeles since 2016, a true paradise for all the pasta and Italian food lovers.
But beware: LA LA Lasagna is addictive...
How can you not love LA LA Lasagna?
Their dishes taste like in Italy, portions are huge and prices are very fair.
The owner Michelangelo comes from one of the Italian food heavens, aka Emilia Romagna, and makes lasagna they way it should be.
Highly recommended!
I've always liked Lasagna but Jesus this is taking it to the next level!!!
If I could eat this all day and not gain weight that'll be great!
At that point I will be eating more!
I am not used to getting food from food trucks because they basically serve the same stuff and most of them look terribly dirty.
But this truck is different and you can feel it as you see it: clean, the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful when you need advice or have needs like my daughter who has food intolerances.
Their food is outstanding, fresh, just made for you.
I've had their pasta three times but the lasagna, damn it, is to die for!
Seriuosly better, much better than any Italian restaurant in LA.
Five stars. Highly recomended.
What an adorable food truck!!!
I had the original lasagna and took some cannolis to go for the Hollywood Bowl.
I love the options for the side salad and roasted veggies.
The owner had a great smile and service was fantastic!
If you've had doubts about food trucks, this one should restore your faith in them.
You could quite literally perform surgery in the kitchen.
I have never seen a truck so clean.
The owner greets you with an awesome attitude.
You place your order and wait a couple minutes.
I had the original which was tasty.
I felt as though the portion was just enough since pasta can be heavy.
We were told that he will only come to Beverly Hills once a month with sucks.
We seem to get the same 2-3 trucks several times a month.
Oh well... it gives me something to look forward to.
There is no question: this is the best pasta food truck in LA.
Clean, awesome service, outstanding food.
In a word, QUALITY!
It could compete with many high-end Italian restaurants and would win.
The lasagna is divine (it melts in your mouth), fresh pastas are to die for (butternut squash ravioli and gnocchi sorrentina are my favorites), salads simply fresh, the desserts out of the ordinary (tiramisu and creme brule leave you speechless, and cannolis? AMAZING!!!).
I have tried them many times and now understand the Italian food I have had before was not authentic Italian at all.
Thank you Michelangelo!
I would have regretted it if I did not give this truck a try.
I just finished eating the Meatballs, Penne with Vodka, and Original Lasagna. Also a side of Cannoli's.
My wife beyond loved the food.
What I expected was an Olive Garden type taste. I was very wrong.
All the dishes are clearly homemade, fresh ingredients, and unique tastes.
Easily the best pasta, lasagna, and meatballs that I have tasted.
Vastly different from anything store bought or made at home.
You can tell the owner takes pride in their dishes.
The food portions are a good size to price ratio. You would probably get more at a restaurant but each plate would also be about double the price.
Our total for 4 items was around $60 and I consider that to be very reasonable.
In my opinion, this food truck has the best Italian food in Los Angeles...
This truck has better Italian food than any restaurant too.
The office building I work in Sherman Oaks has different food trucks on different days and everyone always wants this food truck to come back.
The owner, Michelangelo, is from Northern Italy and he is very personable.
The entrees are very healthy and light.
The cannolis are excellent as well.
I highly recommend this food truck.
I tried the LA LA Lasagna food truck and OMG, deliciousness.
I have had a lot of pasta and Italian food in my life, since it is one of my favorite foods, and this is probably in the top five for me.
I had the original lasagna and I could not stop eating my portion, which was the perfect size for lunch.
How couldn't I finish the fresh pasta layers with well seasoned sauce and meat as well as creamy cheese.
Two cannolis for desert was a perfect way to end this flavorful meal.
Nice shell with a light and not too sweet flavor.
Definitely check this truck out. Yum!!!
This food is classic and authentic! It is delicious and perfectly prepared.
I was thrilled to see a food truck that had food quality better than most of the best restaurants.
I particularly happy to sit in my neighborhood in the museum Road area of Wilshire Boulevard.
Michelangelo... Yes his real name! was out front taking orders and was a wonderful man to chat with. Real Italian! From the reel Best Food area in Italy, Bologna
Such a joy to talk to him today and thanks for the recommendations of what to try because I normally don't get lasagna.
It's normally nowhere near as good as his.
I love that they have the full selection of the various Pellegrino's also!
Salad dressing was perfect also.
I haven't tried the cannoli yet because I was too excited I wanted to go ahead and write the review. LOL
This is one of the best food trucks in the LA area.
Restaurant quality, fresh handmade pasta, 100% authentic Italian food made by Italians.
I tried the meat lasagna with salad combo, perfect for lunch or dinner.
The cannoli were also delicious.
Friendly and professional service.
I am Italian myself and this is like eating back home.
This is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST Italian food in the planet!!
And I have tried many all over the world...
Can't emphasize enough how very amazing it is and in a food truck...
Found them originally at the Pacific Palisades Farmers market and saw them again at a Festival and I can't rave enough, if I could give them ten stars I would!
I think this IS the BEST lasagna I've even eaten made from scratch with all Organic amazing ingredients...
LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT .
PS: Don't forget to try the Creme Brulee, you won't regret it and its the cherry on top of this outstanding italian experience!!!
I tried the LA LA Lasagna food truck when visiting LA.
I was floored by the taste. It's completely different from the lasagna I've had in the USA.
I love the vegetarian and vegan options and could taste that it was made with fresh vegetables and from scratch.
The Italian chef uses his grandma's recipes straight from Bologna.
I also loved the cannoli - it was indulgent yet not too sweet.
I will be back to try this truck the next time I come to LA.
Excellent food, super nice staff members, regularly good ambience.
They charge fair pricing and the food quality is very good.
Great work.
Michelangelo and his food truck are both phenomenal!
The food is amazing and so is he.
If I could give more stars I would.
Thank you so very much for the awesome food and great experience!
This truck is one of the best food trucks in Los Angeles.
The food is delicious, freshly cooked, you can taste it's really home made, top restaurant quality and service.
The bread they serve is also outstanding.
The best Italian food I've ever had.
And their lasagna a true masterpiece to die for.
5 stars!
Absolutely fantastic authentic Italian lasagna in LA.
The chef is actually from Italy, and this is the real deal.
If you love lasagna the way it is meant to be traditionally experienced, you must try.
